Voicemail about a loan approval I never applied for

I got a voicemail from this number 833-662-5740. A woman named Amanda Herre said she was from underwriting. She said I was approved for up to $58,000 at 5.89% with no prepayment penalty. Payments would be like $680 a month or $340 biweekly.

Thing is I never applied for any loan. She said the approval was only being held for a few more days and she didn't want me to miss the opportunity. Then gave another number 888-912-1340 to call her back.

It just felt off. Like why would I have an approval waiting if I didn't ask for anything. I didn't lose any money but it was a weird call.
