Ordered brow shaper but got charged way more and wrong items

I ordered a brow shaper in arched light brown for 14.98. They charged my card 116.00 instead. Then they sent me a bunch of stuff I never ordered and it’s all useless to me.

I tried calling the number on the website at (888) 808-8728 but nobody picks up. The address they have is in Little Rock, AR but I don’t even know if that’s real. I just want my money back or at least what I actually ordered.
