Amazon closed my account over a refund issue that never happened
Found out two months later the product was fake
The address on the listing was 18121 E Hampden Ave Unit C 1334, Aurora, CO 80013. I lost $33.00. Same situation as the first person who reported this.
Phone call to Amazon for Alexa setup ended with someone else
While they were helping me set up my box I bought an insurance protection on the internet for the system. They did give me a service but they got information from me. I paid $299.
I looked at the scam tracker system and found their phone number. There's not much information on them and I don't have much either.

There's a phone number on this, (240) 682-0175, and an address too, 18121 East Hampden Ave unit C, Aurora, CO 80013. I don't know who these people are but the product is counterfeit. It mimics Metabolae and it's not what I paid for.
Bought Metabolae product on Amazon and it's fake
I paid $30 for it. The seller info I have shows 2301 Blake St Suite 100, Denver, CO 80205 and an email [email protected]. I just want people to know this is happening on Amazon.

I tried to get it sorted out but got nowhere. The item I received does not match the listing at all. I just want my money back for this fake product.
Metabolae supplement from Amazon is not the real thing
I had also bought a package of the real supplement direct from Metabolae. When I compared them they are not the same. There are subtle differences on the packaging but the dosages are different. That is what got my attention first. The fake one wants you to take 3 capsules a day but the real one only recommends 1 soft gel with the same content.

There's no phone number or email on the package, just an address. It says 18121 E Hampden Ave Unit C 1334, Aurora, CO 80013. So the company seems to be out in Colorado somewhere.
I spent $29.99 on this and it's clearly not the real product. Just want people to know what showed up.
Unauthorized charges after buying a pamphlet on Amazon
Found $20 charges twice a month I never signed up for
Recently I was looking at my amazon account, which I only use for purchases on their site. I found that from 7/2025 thru 7/2026, $20.00 twice a month. That adds up to way more than I ever agreed to.
I informed my card company and only got back the payments taken in 2026. They couldn't force them to refund the eleven charges they took in 2025. So I'm out $500 total and nobody will do anything about it.

Voicemail saying my Amazon payment went through
Thing is I never ordered anything for $943. I checked my email and there's no receipt. The number she left was (586) 368-9364. She said press 2 to speak with an agent if I had any query.
I didn't call back. Just seems off that Amazon would leave a voicemail like that with a phone number I don't recognize.
Counterfeit eye spray sold on Amazon with no lutein in it
The bottle is the real giveaway. The liquid inside is clear. The genuine spray is tinted because of the lutein. So basically there's no lutein in this at all.

Phone call saying he was with Amazon to fix my account
It was my own fault for believing him. I have gone to the bank and recovered my loss. Just wanted to report this man.
Someone took over my Amazon account and used my debit card
I called Amazon support at 888-280-4331 and they just gave me the run around. Nobody did anything to fix it. That 888 number is being used by scammers so don't call it.
Also this phone number is being used by a scammer named Ally 805-818-0757.
Text claiming Amazon charged me $4100 for something
I'm not sure how they got my number or knew about my bank. They were pretty convincing on the phone. I just know I didn't spend that kind of money on Amazon. I hung up after that because it didn't feel right. I haven't done anything else about it yet.
Someone took over my Amazon Prime and made it a business account
I tried getting ahold of Amazon Business to change it but they wont and its been 3 days. I pay for Amazon Prime not Amazon Business. I looked and there is no name Green Angels Media LLC that I can find. So I dont know what to do.
Fake magnesium sold on Amazon with no return option
I contacted Amazon and they told me no returns. So I dug in deeper and kept pushing. After I explained the product was indeed fake they finally refunded my money.
