They sold me a broken laptop and kept my money after I returned it
So this is the exact same thing that happened to me before. I bought a laptop from them and it came faulty. I sent it back right away. They refunded me the tax part but kept the rest of my money. Now they’re just refusing to send the refund or the laptop back. Over a thousand dollars gone. I’m in Beaverton, OR.

Bank of America flagged a charge I never agreed to
Bank of America flagged a charge from this business on my card as fraudulent. I never signed up for any shipment protection program. I never agreed or consented to a monthly subscription at all.
There is no way to contact the business. No phone number, no email, nothing. This company uses deceptive and predatory practices and should be investigated. I just want people to know.

Ordered a PC from Amazon, seller said they had proof but never showed it
I ordered a PC from Amazon just like I have hundreds of times. I run an IT department for a large company so we get deliveries every day. We got the daily delivery and then shortly after I got an email saying the computer was delivered but it was not.
I opened a claim with Amazon. The seller says he has a photo to prove the delivery. I told them great please send it over. He never sends it. Then Amazon sides with the seller and denies my claim.
So I am out 1100$ and now I have spent way too many hours fighting with this horrible seller and Amazon.

Third party seller on Amazon sold me a refurbished item as new
I bought something from a third party seller through Amazon. It cost me $499.99. When I got it, it was clearly used or refurbished but they didn't say that anywhere in the listing. The product was also registered in another country.
I sent it back to them. That was a while ago now. They have the item but they won't give me my money back. I keep checking but nothing. The seller's address is a PO Box in Gainesville, VA 20156. Amazon says it's not their problem since it's a third party but they let them sell on their site. I'm out the money and the product.

Someone used my Amazon account at 1am and Amazon won't help
I was on my Amazon account around 1:00 am and saw someone got in and took stuff. I called them right away on March 11th. They still haven't refunded my money.
Amazon is treating me really bad about this. I'm still fighting to get all my money back. I just want what was taken from me.

Voicemail about iPhone 17 Pro payment I never ordered
Got a voicemail left on my phone. Said "Amazon has sent you an automated notification about the payment for your iPhone 17 Pro. If you recognize this charge, no further action is needed. If you did not authorize this charge, please call back to connect with our service support team. Call back same number." That's word for word what it said. The number was (904) 928-7186. I never ordered any iPhone 17 Pro from anyone. Didn't make sense. I didn't call back.

Sold me a defective scooter and now I’m stuck with it
I bought an e scooter from them and it had defective parts right from the start. It only ran for two weeks after I got it. I tried contacting them a bunch of times and nobody replied until 30 days later. By then my refund date was already passed so I couldn’t get my money back.
For the next year they just kept stringing me along about getting replacement parts. They would only reply once every three months and always told me to send videos of what it was doing. Now that the parts warranties are up they tell me they’re talking to their attorneys. Amazon wouldn’t do anything about it since I already got the product. Lost 1475 dollars.

Responded to a remote job ad, lost $300 to a scam
I'm looking for remote work and I think they got my info from LinkedIn. I responded to an ad for a remote Amazon worker position.
The whole thing felt off from the start. The messages they sent were incredibly suspicious. They used a phone number, 1(303) 875-7799, and an email, [email protected]. They said it was an employment thing but it was a scam.
I ended up losing $300 to them. I never heard back after they took the money.

My package was delivered to the wrong address in Brooklyn
Amazon delivered my package to the wrong address. The tracking says it was delivered to 1820 Avenue M in Brooklyn, NY 11230, but I don't live there. I checked with my neighbors and nobody has it.
I tried contacting customer service on the website amazon.com. They just told me it was delivered and then they closed the case. That was it. I want my package or a refund. This is very frustrating.

Unwanted Amazon package and charge after cancelled subscription
An unsolicited package showed up at my house, delivered by Amazon. I checked my bank and saw a credit card charge from four days before the package even got here. I never got any notice from the company that a shipment was coming or that an order existed. I had cancelled a subscription back in July 2025 and they sent two confirmation emails saying it was cancelled and no more shipments would be made.
I contacted the company about this charge and the package I didn't order. The service rep was totally unresponsive. It was for $58. The whole thing just doesn't make sense.

Got a weird computer notification about my Amazon account
I got this computer generated notification on my cell phone. It said there was a suspicious charge to my Amazon account. It felt off. I didn't click anything, but it was still concerning to see. I never signed up for any alerts like that. The whole thing just didn't make sense.

Paid for an Amazon box and got a cheap kid's watch
I saw an offer for an Amazon box for $37 and I paid for it. I thought it would be a good deal. When it finally arrived, all that was inside was a child's watch. It's the kind of cheap watch you can find on Temu for maybe $4. I feel completely ripped off. I paid $37 for something worth practically nothing.

Got a weird call about an Amazon account opened in my husband's name
I got a call from someone named Jasmine, ID AZ408123. She said someone opened a business account with Amazon in my husband's name using my phone number. They were supposedly buying an Apple MacBook for $1399.00 and an iPad for $321 to be sent to 49 Ircadia Court, Albany, NY 12205.
The whole thing felt off. When I looked up the phone number she called from, 1(310) 742-3080, it showed the location was in Oklahoma. That didn't make any sense with the story about an address in New York. I didn't give any information or lose any money, but it was a strange and unsettling call.
