Notice about a lawsuit I never signed up for

I got this email from [email protected] saying I could be part of some class action lawsuit against Amazon because I bought stuff from third-party sellers. They say the court already decided I'm in this group unless I opt out. That don't sit right with me.

They should have asked for my permission first before adding me to anything. I never agreed to be part of no lawsuit. Now I gotta go out of my way to opt out of something I never wanted in the first place. Just feels off.

Whole thing seems like a phishing scam honestly. No phone number or real address on the email. Just a website link. I didn't lose any money but still.
