Website took my money for an order and now they won't answer me

I placed an order back in April on a website I found called Amazon global warehouse clearance. All I have is the website to contact them. I've sent emails to these folks multiple times trying to find my property. I have proof the orders was placed and the money was taken off my credit card, 45 dollars.

I also got tracking info from them but after that, every time I try to reach out to find my purchases I just get ignored. I cannot find a business name or a company name. All I know is I have a website and when you respond to it they don't answer. How do I get help finding my stuff?
