Ad on TikTok for Amazon official site took my money

I was just scrolling through the TikTok app and I saw this ad that said Amazon official site. So I ordered some clothes from that site. Later I went back to check on the order and it was still sitting in my cart like I never bought it.

Then I got an email from some other company saying I needed to finish my payment. But I knew I already paid. So I checked my bank account and saw the payment was already processing. I tried to contact the merchant but there was no phone number or address. They only said the state of Colorado. No way to reach them. I lost 25.76 dollars.
