Ordered a prom dress, got a fake return label

I ordered a prom dress through a third party vendor on Amazon Prime. The dress didn't fit my granddaughter right, so I tried to return it. The company, through Amazon messages, kept trying to get me to pick a different dress instead. I told them I just wanted to return it.

Then they asked me for a photo of the dress label. They finally sent a shipping label, but when I went to track it with USPS, I got a message saying the shipping label was fake. It just felt off. Now I'm stuck trying to work with Amazon to clear this whole thing up.
