Got a text about an Amazon job that seems like a scam

I got this text message from someone saying they're Aria from the Amazon recruitment team. They said they have a position for me to help brands increase visibility. They said it's flexible, about an hour a day, and pays $200 to $600 daily. They mentioned free training and paid leave, too.

The text said they have 50 openings and to text "Hi" to 7208374258 if interested. They said you have to be over 25. The whole thing just felt off. It came from the phone number (717) 943-4360. I never signed up for anything from Amazon recruitment, so it seems like a scam.

Got a text about an Amazon job that seems like a known scam

I got this text message out of the blue. It says it's from Amelia on the Amazon recruitment team. They're offering a position to help Amazon with product popularity, saying it's flexible for about an hour a day and pays between $200 to $500 an hour. They list free training and paid leave too. They said to text a number, +18622551799, for details if interested.

I looked it up and Google says this is a well-documented scam. It felt off from the start. The pay is way too high for something so simple. I'm reporting it because it's clearly not real and I don't want anyone else to get tricked by it.

Got a text about an Amazon job that seems like a scam

I just got a text message from someone saying they're Amelia from the Amazon recruitment team. They said they have a perfect position for me to help Amazon with product popularity. The text says it's flexible, about an hour a day, and pays $200 to $500 an hour. They mentioned free training and paid leave, too.

It said they have 50 positions open and to text a different number, +14804171379, for details. They also said you have to be over 25. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything like this. The message came from (336) 732-3408 and said it was from Atlanta, GA. I didn't lose any money, but it really seems like one of those employment scams.

Got a text about an Amazon job that seems like a scam

I got a text message at 5:50 in the morning from someone named Amelia. She said she was from the Amazon recruitment team. The text said they have a job helping Amazon brands get more exposure. They said it was flexible, about an hour a day, and you could make 200 to 600 dollars daily.

They listed all these benefits like free training and paid leave. They said there were 50 open spots and to text a different number for details, +13056458521. The whole thing just felt off. Who texts about a job that pays that much at 5:50 AM? It didn't make any sense to me. I never signed up for anything from them.

The whole thing felt off. I never applied for anything with Amazon. The number that sent it was 1(470) 420-6495. It just doesn't make sense as a real job offer.
