Ordered a GPS tracker but got a cheap chip instead

I ordered a GPS tracker 2pac for 59.00 and what I got was a chip smart finder. I looked it up and other sites sell that same thing for 12.00. So I paid almost 60 bucks for something worth 12 dollars.

The address on the package was 1215E washington blvd, Montebello, CA 90640. I don't know who the actual seller is. I just know I ordered through Amazon and got ripped off. They sent me a counterfeit product basically.
