Ordered a pallet and got a cheap watch with no instructions

I ordered the $29.99 pallet from amazsurprisebox. All I got was this cheap Chinese made watch. No instructions for setting up the watch or anything were in the box. It was supposed to be a pallet of stuff.

I paid with my credit card. I am contacting my credit card company about it too.
