Ordered a giant pallet of returns but got a tiny box instead

I ordered what they called a "Super Giant Pallet" of Amazon returned items from their website. It was supposed to be $59.99 plus shipping. They had three different size options on the site so I picked the biggest one.

What showed up was not a pallet. It was just this little box, like 5 inches by 7 inches by 3 inches. There was a small card inside with an email address [email protected] so I tried to contact them about it. But the email just bounced back as undeliverable. So I am out the $68.97 total and have no way to even talk to anyone about it.
