Job offer email with mismatched company names and a Telegram request

I got an email from [email protected] about a job. It was for an Admin Assistant or Data Entry remote position at a company called Ambartec AG. Right away I noticed the email address and the company name didn't match up. The email is for some wellness cannabis place in Las Vegas but the job info said Ambartec AG is a technology company.

The email told me to download the Telegram app, make a new account, and contact their hiring manager. I looked up Telegram on Google and it said that app is used with scam jobs. So I didn't do anything else. The whole thing felt strange and I stopped right there.
