Instagram ad for American flag wall hanging was nothing like the pictures

I saw this product on Instagram and I was stupid enough to buy based on the images. It was supposed to be an American flag fabric wall hanging with woven fabric and a big rod hanger. Took over a month to even ship and it only shipped after I asked to cancel the order.

When it finally came the quality was crap. It was cheap printed fabric instead of woven and the bar was thin and in two pieces so it wouldn't even work. I asked for a refund and they tried to get me to accept $4 and keep it. Now I'm waiting for return information but it will cost me $20 to send it back to get the refund. Typical China scam.
