Ordered something that never showed up and now the email doesn't work

I ordered an item from this company and it never arrived. I contacted them and they said the shipment was on its way. Then the tracking number just stopped working and when I tried to email them again the email address doesn't work either. The address they had was in Boston, MA. I didn't lose any money because I caught it in time but it was still a hassle.
