Ordered something months ago and still nothing showed up

I ordered from that website store.america250.org and I never got my order. It’s been a really long time now and there is no information about it at all. Now they are saying I have to pay $5.00 just to do something about it. No way am I giving them my card number. The company is america250localsupply. That’s all I know.
