Paid $97 for a TSA Precheck appointment that was supposed to be free

I was looking online for TSA Precheck and this website popped up. It looked official enough so I filled out all my info and paid $97. I thought that was the fee for the government approval itself.

I got a text and email telling me to pick an appointment time and place to get my documents checked. Nothing said the $97 was just for making the appointment or that I wasn't on a real government site. So I showed up and found out it was a scam. The appointment was at a real place and my info was already in their system but I still had to pay another $76.75 in person to the actual people.

My credit card company said I should dispute the charge so I did that. American Best Filing charges $97 for something that's free to do yourself. Now I have no idea what they're going to do with my personal information. This whole thing needs to be shut down.
