Signed up for health plan and now website is gone and no one answers
Then I tried logging into my profile on their website one day and got an error message saying technical issue or website access unavailable. So I called the number they gave me and nobody picks up. I called customer service at Health Enrollment Center at 855 432 1273 and they told me about some fraud lawsuit but wouldn't tell me anything about my health coverage. So now I have no idea if I even have insurance.
