Four months waiting for fence approval from my HOA with no help
I never got a decision. No one emailed me, called me, or even put a message in our online homeowner portal. I finally called on February 13, 2025 and found out my second request was denied. If I hadn't called, no one would have told me anything.
Now I'm just frustrated. It's been four months since my first application and I still can't get approval. I've asked for help with the exact dimensions and written specifications they need, like the length, height, and width. No help. The fence company says they're confused about what the HOA is asking for. I pay $245 a month for this HOA and they're just wasting my money. They're no help at all.
