Golf cart order with fake purchase order and wrong delivery address
When the driver showed up to pick the stuff up, the shipping address on the drivers paperwork was Bronx, NY. But our bill of lading had a Louisiana address. That didn't match at all so we stopped everything and closed their account right away.
I called the main number for American Electric Power and they told me the purchase order number was a fake. They said they see this kind of thing all the time. The scammer used the email [email protected] and phone (866) 782-2755. I have all their paperwork saved.
