Ordered patches that were supposed to be from the USA, got a scam from China

I ordered some patches online from American Get VIP. Their site showed the item was made in the USA. But then I looked at my PayPal payment and it showed extra postage because it was actually shipping from China. What a scam.

I figured I already paid for them, so I used the patches like the directions said. They did absolutely nothing. I sent an email asking for my money back. Today they got back to me and only offered a 30% refund. That’s $38.75 gone.
