Insurance company takes money but no doctors accept them

This company keeps taking money out of my account. They claim to be an insurance company but no doctor will accept them, no dentist will accept them, no hospital will accept them. I've asked them three months in a row to cancel my policies and they just keep stealing money.

I called them several times and they said they would cancel it but then the money still comes out. I lost about $2000 total. I dont know what else to do. They just keep stealing money.
