Supervisor threatened me over canceling home warranty policy
He wanted me to make a verbal agreement on the phone to pay a 12,000 dollar premium. I told him no and he kept saying it was in my contract that I had to have a home warranty policy. That is not correct. I told him I was going to call my realtor and he said he could not continue the phone call anymore.
Called my realtor and she confirmed that was not part of me buying my home.
