Phone call about a catheter I never ordered

Someone called me from (281) 971-1040 saying that back in April a Coude catheter and a sterile fiber gelling dressing was ordered for me. I have no idea what they are talking about. I never needed any of that stuff.

I was not in the hospital at all this year and I did not have any procedures done in April or any other month. It just makes no sense why they would say that. They have my info but I did not ask for anything.

They sent mail too from 1322 Space Park Dr. STE C117 in Houston, TX 77058 and an email from [email protected]. I never ordered anything from them and I don't know how they got my name.
