Ordered from a website that turned out to be a scam

I ordered something off the American Irish Society website. I looked it up first and it seemed like a real site. I even checked if it had been reported as a scam, and nothing came up. That's the confusing part, because right after I paid, I found stuff online saying it was a scam. It should have been more obvious it was reported a long time ago on Ecautious.com.

I have screenshots. The tracking number they gave wasn't valid. I got emails saying my order was coming from Italy, but I already knew the product was supposed to come from Boston, Massachusetts. I had looked that up before I ordered. I lost over $64.

Ordered St. Patrick's Day clothes that never came

I saw an ad for this company on Facebook saying they were in Boston and showing really nice St. Patrick's day clothes. I went to their website and placed an order, thinking I'd get the items fast. A couple days later I got a shipment notice saying it was coming from Romania. I contacted them right away to ask why, since they said Boston. They told me they'd rush my order.

It's been almost a month now. I wrote them yesterday to say I still haven't gotten anything, and they told me it was delivered. They didn't send any pictures or real tracking info. I asked for a refund and they told me to contact my post office. My post office always tells me about packages coming and I haven't heard a thing. This company is a scam. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise here.
