Voicemail about a loan I never applied for

I got a voicemail from a woman named Stephanie Howard saying she was from the underwriting department at American Loans. She said they looked at my "recent loan inquiry" and now I might qualify for up to $58,000 even if I was declined before or have bad credit. Said to call back at 844-658-2484 because it's time sensitive.

I never made any loan inquiry. I don't know who these people are. The number on the voicemail was (833) 836-8141 but they want me to call a different number. Feels like a phishing thing trying to get my info. I didn't lose any money but it's annoying getting calls like this.
