Can't get my $100 payout because of phone number problem

I have a $100 redemption pending on my account and I just can't get it. It's been over a week now. The issue is my phone number on file, I don't have access to that number anymore.

So I did what they asked. I submitted a formal number change request with my photo ID, a selfie, my old number, new number, and why I needed to change it. They told me to wait 24-48 hours for a popup to finish the change. The popup did show up but the site had loading issues and just wouldn't process. Then support told me my new number was successfully linked. But the verification codes are still going to my old number that I can't get into.

I've contacted support multiple times. They keep saying my redemption is processing but they haven't fixed the verification issue. Their last reply was just a generic holding message with no real answer or timeline.
