Voicemail about back taxes from American Tax Benefits

I got a voicemail from someone named Melissa at American Tax Benefits. She said something about missed tax filings or back taxes for my account. The number she mentioned was 555-555-5555 which isn't even my number.

She said programs are available to wave penalties and get relief but they might expire. She kept saying this might be the only time they reach out. The callback number was 833-679-6173. The caller ID showed (888) 423-2154 and it came from Denver, CO.

It just felt strange because I haven't missed any tax filings. I don't know how they got my number or why they're saying this. I didn't lose any money but it was confusing getting that message.
