Phone call about back taxes from someone named Lisa

Got a call from someone named Lisa saying she was from American Tax Professionals. She said something about missed tax filings or back taxes for my account. Said there were programs to wave penalties and get relief. She kept saying these programs were only available during specific windows and might expire. Told me to call back at 833-583-5377.

I don't even know what account she was talking about. She didn't say my name or give any real details. Just a lot of pressure to call back right away. Said it might be their only outreach about this matter. Felt strange. I haven't missed any tax filings that I know of.

Voicemail about back taxes with an account number I don’t recognize

Got a voicemail from someone named Lisa saying she’s from American Tax Professionals. She said something about missed tax filings or back taxes for account number 310938-5849. I have no idea what that number is. She claimed there are programs to waive penalties and get relief but they might expire.

She kept saying to call back at 833-733-0141. Also said this might be their only outreach. I don’t owe any back taxes that I know of. The whole thing felt off. No company name on the caller ID or anything. Just that phone number.
