Got a mortgage relief mailer that felt like a high-pressure scam

I got this mailer about mortgage relief from americanrs.org. The offer seemed way too good to be true right from the start. When I contacted them, they gave me a crazy short deadline. They said I had to send all my personal information, my mortgage details, and my paystub within 24 hours.

They said if they didn't get it in 24 hours, I might not get help for six months to a year. That felt like a threat. The representative wouldn't tell me anything about their actual program. They just kept referring me to a website link in an email from [email protected]. The whole thing felt really off and high-pressure.
