Letter about foreclosure help with no real company name

I got a letter from them saying even if I was in forbearance they could still help me. They had me fill out paperwork a few times because they said I wasn't doing it right. Then they told me they got me on the phone with my lender and the first time I was supposed to be connected they just hung up on me.

Then I waited and they said okay the paperwork is approved you need to get this amount of money in by the 20th because Monday they're going to foreclose on you. They told me not to send the lender any money, send it to them in New York instead. Their address is 105 Maxess Rd Suite 124, Melville, NY 11747.
