Debt collector called about a contract I already ended

I got a call from this number (469) 257-3503 saying they were collecting on a debt from Regus Management Group. I already terminated my contract with Regus. Proper notice was given and services were not being provided anymore. They claimed there was an outstanding balance but there wasn't one.

I emailed them a few times at [email protected] and got zero response. They also kept spamming me with calls. I was going to send a cease and desist letter but when I looked up their address the phone number comes up as spam. So I figured I'd report it instead.
