Job posting for my mom turned out to be a scam

My mom got a job posting from a Facebook group. The person who said they were HR emailed her from a gmail address, [email protected]. They asked her to download GroupMe and use a QR code. When she asked who she would be meeting with, they said a guy named Allen Ostrander. I looked him up and he is not on their company website at all. The whole way they talked was just unprofessional and felt off. Good thing someone else reported this before, because that helped us confirm it was a scam. No money lost but still a waste of time.
