Ordered something in April and they blamed me for not getting it

I ordered something from www.amountofus.com back in April. Never got the item. I emailed them at [email protected] and they basically blamed me for not receiving it. Said somehow it was my fault the thing never arrived.

They refused to give me a refund. Just kept saying it was my problem. I lost $26.00 on this. Never got anything in the mail. I don't get how it's my fault when it never showed up.
