Mystery box website sent tiny box with one cheap headphone
I emailed them at [email protected] and they told me it was a "game of luck." They didn't explain why the box was so small or why there wasn't multiple items like they promised. They offered me a 30% refund but I told them I want all my money back.
I filed a dispute with Paypal so I am just waiting to hear back on that.
