Don’t buy, SCAM!

I purchased the “ 2026 Amazon Warehouse Return Pallets - Super giant box” for $59.99. I never received the box of returns, just received one cheap pair of headphones. It states that a package was delivered, but the only thing on the porch was the headphones. DON’T waste your money with this business!

Package marked delivered but never showed up at my door

I ordered something from amznpalletman.com and the tracking says it was delivered. The delivery photos they have show my front door and porch so they claim it was successful. But when I went outside there was no package anywhere. I looked all around the neighborhood too.

I think it might have been stolen so I filed a police report. I contacted their customer service team and they just told me to accept it and move on. They will not give me a refund or send a replacement. I lost $58.69 on this. Their website is https://www.amznpalletman.com and their email is [email protected]. They are located in Kent, WA 98031.
