Ordered a big pallet but got a tiny box instead

I ordered a large pallet from them and what showed up was a small box, like 7 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches. That’s it. I tried emailing their customer service at [email protected] but it bounced back saying no such address.

I don’t even know what’s in this little box because I was waiting for return instructions. They took $69.32 from me. The address they had was in Kent, WA 98031. I just want my money back or the pallet I ordered.
