Email about a CEO coaching invoice I never signed up for

Got an email from someone named [email protected] saying my CEO coaching International invoice has been unpaid for over 60 days. I never signed up for any CEO coaching program. Never heard of it.

The email says I need to settle the balance to prevent interruption to my services. But I don't have any services with them. It also says late fees have been adding up since March 18. And that this is the last notice before they send it to collections.

I didn't lose any money because I didn't pay it. But it felt strange getting a bill for something I never agreed to. No phone number or company name on the email. Just that email address.
