Man called saying I won VA lottery and Publisher’s Clearing House prize

A man called and left a message saying his name was Andy Goldberg. He said I had money pending from a VA lottery. I have played the VA lottery 2 times in the last 6 months so I thought it might be real.

I talked with him today, June 4, 2026. He said I won $750000 plus a car from Publisher’s Clearing House. He said a group of folks would come and show up with a check and they would deduct a fee from that. They asked if I had gotten their letter but I never got any letter. They gave me a number to call someone named Alex Gerard at 833-342-7544 for email documentation.

I looked it up online and the former CEO of PCH is Andy Goldberg. But I don’t think that Andy has a strong foreign accent like this guy did.
