Bought shorts online and the button broke right away

I was just shopping on Google and found this website. The shorts looked good so I ordered a pair. They took a while to get to me, maybe a week or more, I’m not sure. When they finally showed up the product was defective and basically cheaply made.

The front button broke off almost right away. Now I’ve tried emailing customer support at [email protected] but they don’t respond at all. I lost about 26 bucks on this.
