Got a call saying someone used my name at Walmart, then transferred to Social Security

I got a call from someone who said she was Anna Moore, Employee ID A0162B1. She said someone had bought products online from Walmart using my name. Then she said several federal agencies were involved in some sort of action about it.

The call got transferred to another person. He said he was from the Social Security Administration. I believed he was trying to get me to give personal information. I didn't give him anything. After a short conversation where he wasn't getting the info, I just hung up the phone.

The number was (760) 706-9935, said they were from CA. The whole thing felt off.
