Ordered jewelry that arrived defective, no response to calls or emails

I ordered jewelry from annazuckerman.com and it arrived defective. I've tried calling the number and emailing, including to [email protected], but no one ever calls back or responds to emails. It's been impossible to get any help.

Now I'm out $300 for this broken item. It feels like a complete scam. Do not buy from them.
