Paid $200 up front to fix a PlayStation 5 and got neither the console nor a refund

I dropped off my PlayStation 5 for repair at Another Chance Electronics. I paid $200 up front. That was months ago.

Every time I checked in, he had a new excuse for why it wasn’t fixed. The last time I contacted him, he claimed he tried to contact me multiple times. That is not true, not even once. He said I abandoned the PlayStation. Now he says it’s in his attic and he can’t get to it.

He refuses to give my PlayStation back and he refuses to refund the $200. I have nothing to show for my money.
