Cancelled my support plan but only got part of my money back

About 5 months ago I called Acer because my PC was out of warranty and they recommended me Answersby. So I called them and got a support plan for 180 dollars. I ended up canceling because they wanted to login my pc with logmein.com I declined and said no and I told them to cancel. This was about 1 month of using this service and it was the first time I used it cause of a graphics issue I fixed on my own after I cancelled.

But it seemed scammy. The person said he was from India and Answersby seemed like a legit company but idk for sure. They ended up only giving me 100 dollars back saying there was a 80 dollar cancellation fee which I had a mini heart attack cause I thought I was being scammed.

I also gave them I think either my cashapp card details or my banks and also I gave them my email address and my home address and phone number. Please if anyone could look into this business and maybe get them to contact me back about the 80 dollars to refund me because I never used this service.
