Robot lawnmower they sold me won’t get any real service

I bought a robot lawnmower from them through the app. It was 800 dollars. Now it’s not working right and I can’t get any help.

I keep sending them videos like they ask. Every time I send one they say thanks we got it we will be in touch. Then the next message is just “please send a video” again. It’s been days of this back and forth and nobody actually tries to fix anything.

Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (888) 821-5189 but I don’t think calling will do anything either. They just want the same video over and over.
