Statement from my insurance about a fraudulent medical supply bill

I got a statement from my insurance company Anthem Health Assurance Co. and it says some fraudulent company is trying to bill them for medical supplies. But these supplies are not mine at all. I never ordered anything like that.

The letter came from their side saying this company is attempting to bill for stuff I don't even know about. It's really confusing and frustrating because I didn't do anything wrong and now I have to worry about this.

No money lost on my end yet but it just feels weird getting a notice like that out of nowhere.
