Ordered metal art, got the wrong item and no help

I ordered a piece of metal art from AnthemClassic.com. When the package came, it was the wrong item. I called them right away to say there was a problem. The person I spoke to said they'd look into it, but then nothing. They just ghosted me.

I've sent a bunch of emails to [email protected] since then. No reply at all. It's been completely silent. I paid $700 for this and got something I didn't order, and now I can't get anyone to even respond. The phone number I had was (469) 364-4155. I'm out the money and stuck with the wrong thing.
