Email saying arrest warrant coming if I don't pay money I never owed

I got an email from someone named Anthony Robinson at some outlook dot com address. It says I have an arrest warrant that's going to be released soon and I need to pay $2750 to make it go away.

There was also a website in the email, [email protected], and an address on N Vermont in Los Angeles. But I don't have any records of owing this money or anything like that.

I have no idea what this is about. They are saying I owe money for some debt collection but I never got any bills or notices before this. Seems really strange to get an email about a warrant. I didn't pay anything.
