Sent $35 for diagnostic and got blocked on Facebook

I found Anthony’s Mobile Mechanic on Facebook. He said he couldn’t book an appointment for a diagnostic fee unless I paid first, $35. He told me once he got the money he would come. He sent me the name Winda ****** and a number 281-236-1308. Said to send the money through Zelle and screenshot the confirmation. Then he asked my name but never asked for my address.

After I sent the money I asked for an ETA. Next thing I know I’m blocked on Facebook. He never showed up to fix my bike and didn’t answer any messages. A close friend of mine did the same thing and he gave them a different name and number to send the Zelle to. When my friend called him out on Facebook he just laughed.
