Ordered from Instagram ad and never got my stuff

I placed an order from Antoine Bellier after clicking on an Instagram ad. I ordered a few items via credit card. Weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything about shipping. I sent a message via Shopify to inquire then asked to cancel the order because I was beginning to think I had been scammed. No response from the business.

This was 4 months ago and still have not received any communication from the business, nor any product I paid for. I recently checked again and they now have tracking for the “package” on their website only. I cannot find the package on the USPS tracking site- I get a message saying “this appears to be an invalid tracking number.” The business shows the package has been delivered via their own tracking reporting but the carrier they claim to have used does not recognize the package. It looks like they faked a tracking path to show a delivery that was never made. Lost $237.99.
