Hired a guy for concrete work and he blocked me after taking my money

This guy Antonio does concrete work. He was hired to do a driveway and stairs. The quality was very poor and started breaking apart within a year. I called him to come back out and check what’s happening. He said he would. He never showed up on the date and time he said he would come.

I came to realize he blocked my phone number. Total no show. He also did work for several of my buddies, took their money and ran away. Their concrete work was also done poorly and breaking apart.

We all had to hire someone else and paid double to redo his garbage work. He blocked all of their numbers too. I lost 30,000 dollars.
